Directions:

From the North or South: Take I-99 to the Ebensburg/Hollidaysburg exit. Follow the signs for the Hollidaysburg/Duncansville exit (Route 764 south). At route 22 and 764 intersection bear right onto SR3012 heading east (old route 22). Sales center is located approximately 1/2 mile on left.

From the West: Take route 22 east to the Summit exit. Make a right off of the exit and go approximately 7 miles down the mountain. The sales center is located on the right.

From the East: Take route 22 west to Duncansville. At intersection of 22, SR3012 and SR3013 go straight (you'll see a Pizza Hut on your right) for approximately 1/2 mile. Sales center is on your left.

The Osceola Mills Location of Black's Home Sales, Inc. was acquired in 1990. For the past ten years, this location has proven to be one of our best locations. From the North: Take route 144 south into Moshannon. Make right onto route 53 south into Philipsburg. Make left at red light. Proceed through town.Go approximately 4 miles. Sales center is on right.

From the South: Take I-99 north to the end of the 4 lane (intersection of route 350, I-99 and 220). Go straight through light (350 north). Follow 350 to the top of the mountain. At blinking light in Sandy Ridge make a left onto route 970 north. Go approximately 5 miles into Osceola Mills to the light and make a right onto route 53 north. Go 1 mile sales center is on left.

From the West: Take I-80 east to exit 21 (Kylertown exit). Take route 53 south into Philipsburg. Make left at red light proceed through town. Go approximately 4 miles. Sales center is on right.

From the East: Take route 322 west to Philipsburg. In Philipsburg take route 53 south. Go approximately 4 miles. Sales center is on right.
